We wanted to let our customers, partners and stakeholders know what we’re doing in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. The spread of Covid-19 is causing widespread global disruption to businesses, individuals and families. Since the outbreak, we have enabled all our London and Southampton office teams to work from home. I’d like to thank our customers and teams for their patience and support whilst we enabled everyone to be set up working safely and correctly.
Your Installation
With respect to home and commercial installations, we have decided to temporarily suspend all upcoming installs. Although the UK government is allowing electrical maintenance works as such to continue in accordance with social distancing guidelines, we believe that delaying installations is the correct thing to do to help stop the spread of Coronavirus. We are prioritising anyone identified as a Key Worker and ask that if you fall within this category to contact us immediately if you haven’t already done so. Our installations team continues to carry out remote surveys and have been working on rescheduling the installations calendar ready for them to bounce straight back into action at the earliest opportunity. Certainly, we continue to offer our usual advice and technical support. This includes any EV charging questions you may have via our chat, email or telephone services.

I’d like to take this opportunity to also thank all our partners, suppliers, manufacturing, Q&A and logistics teams for their support and understanding how best we can all support each other in these challenging conditions. Jérôme is the boss of Andersen’s day-to-day managerial and service delivery. With extensive experience of retail system development and property and financial services, Jerome has an eye for quality and control. When he’s not mapping the future, he loves to talk to customers, drink French wine or speak Mandarin. He even finds time to walk his two dogs in the evenings.
